Why We Started Primeway
Too many travelers land in the Dominican Republic and end up dealing with car rental counters that were never really built with them in mind: language barriers, unclear pricing, and policies buried in paperwork nobody explains. Primeway exists to fix that. Founded by Roberto Cruz, Primeway was built from day one around the traveler stepping off a plane with a passport in hand, not a local walk-in customer.
We are a new company, and we are proud of that. It means our vehicles are newer, our systems are modern, and every person on our team is personally invested in earning your trust, not coasting on a name that has been around for decades.

Where We Are Based
Our office is located in Santo Domingo Oeste, close to Las Americas International Airport (SDQ). From there, we serve all six major airports across the Dominican Republic: Las Americas (SDQ), Punta Cana (PUJ), Cibao/Santiago (STI), Puerto Plata (POP), La Romana (LRM), and El Catey/Samana (AZS).
