Primeway delivers to all six major airports in the country, plus nationwide to hotels, Airbnbs, and private residences. Here is exactly what it costs and how it works.
Delivery at Every Airport We Serve
Primeway delivers to all six major Dominican Republic airports: Punta Cana (PUJ), Las Americas (SDQ), Cibao/Santiago (STI), Puerto Plata (POP), La Romana (LRM), and El Catey/Samana (AZS).
SDQ: No Delivery Fee
Las Americas Airport (SDQ) is the one exception with no delivery fee. Because our office is based in Santo Domingo Oeste, minutes from SDQ, airport delivery and pickup there carries no additional charge.
Every Other Airport: $100 Flat
Every other airport adds a flat $100 to your total rental cost. This rate is subject to change if fuel prices continue rising, but we always confirm your exact total before you book.
Delivery Anywhere Else in the Country
Primeway also delivers nationwide to hotels, Airbnbs, and private residences outside our airport pickup points. Pricing depends on distance and location, so contact us with your address and we will confirm the exact cost before you book.
Booking Timeline and 24-Hour Delivery
We recommend booking 3 weeks to a month ahead of your trip. 24-hour delivery is available, but only with advance coordination. Last-minute or same-day requests without prior coordination are not guaranteed.
What Happens If Your Flight Is Delayed
Once you provide your flight number at booking, Primeway tracks it. If your arrival time shifts and we cannot reach you, we hold your pickup for up to 2 hours after your flight lands before treating it as a no-show.
